1. Scope of Services
VISAVIA provides administrative support, document preparation assistance, candidate file organization, case coordination and communication support for Serbia work-related visa, residence and permit procedures.
Our services may include document checklists, document readiness review, file organization, coordination between candidates, approved agency partners, foreign paying agencies and Serbian employers, and general administrative guidance related to the documentation process.
2. Not a Law Office
VISAVIA is not a law office and does not provide legal representation, legal advice or legal opinions. Any information provided by VISAVIA is for general administrative and informational purposes only.
Clients who require legal advice should consult a qualified lawyer or licensed legal professional.
3. Not a Government Authority
VISAVIA is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration office, ministry or visa-issuing body. We do not make decisions on visa applications, residence approvals, work permits or any other government procedure.
All final decisions are made exclusively by the competent government authorities.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
VISAVIA does not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, work permit approval, employer acceptance, appointment availability, processing time or any other positive decision by a government authority or third party.
Administrative support, document preparation or coordination does not guarantee that an application will be accepted, approved or processed within a specific timeframe.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
VISAVIA does not guarantee employment, job offers, hiring decisions, candidate availability or acceptance of employment terms.
Any employment relationship, job offer, employment contract, salary, accommodation, working hours and working conditions are arranged directly between the Serbian employer and the candidate.
6. Not an Employer, Recruitment Agency or Temporary Employment Agency
VISAVIA is not the employer of any candidate and does not lease, assign, supply, recruit or temporarily employ workers for Serbian companies.
VISAVIA does not act as a recruitment agency, temporary employment agency, worker leasing company or employment placement provider. Our role is limited to administrative documentation support and coordination.
7. Agency Partners and Partner Portals
Approved agency partners may use VISAVIA partner workflows or partner portals only for administrative document support and candidate case coordination.
Agency partners remain fully responsible for their own licensing, local legal obligations, recruitment activities, candidate communication, fees charged to candidates, employment-related claims and compliance in the countries where they operate.
Individual candidates cannot purchase VISAVIA services through partner portals unless VISAVIA separately approves a direct candidate service channel.
8. Foreign Paying Agencies
In some cases, a foreign agency may be the paying client for one or more candidate cases. In such cases, the foreign paying agency is responsible for providing accurate company details, invoice information, payment reference information and any requested verification documents.
Candidates referenced in agency cases are treated as case subjects for administrative coordination purposes and are not automatically direct buyers of VISAVIA services.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients, candidates, agency partners, foreign paying agencies and employers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current and truthful information and documents.
VISAVIA is not responsible for delays, refusals, rejections, additional document requests, payment issues or other problems caused by false, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent or misleading information provided by any party.
10. Third-Party and Government Costs
Unless stated separately in writing, VISAVIA service fees do not include government fees, embassy or consular fees, translation costs, notary costs, courier costs, insurance, travel costs, accommodation, medical checks or any other third-party costs.
11. Payment Methods and Compliance Review
Available payment methods may vary depending on client type, country, verification status, transaction value, payment history, case stage and compliance review.
VISAVIA may approve, restrict, delay or reject a payment method if additional verification is required or if a payment appears inconsistent with the invoice, client identity, agency verification, banking rules, anti-money laundering requirements, sanctions rules or local regulatory restrictions.
Alternative payment methods, including digital asset-based settlement, may be available only to verified B2B agency partners after prior approval.
12. Processing Times
Any timelines mentioned by VISAVIA are estimates only. Actual processing times may vary depending on competent authorities, document readiness, country of origin, employer documents, appointment availability, payment confirmation, agency response time and other factors outside VISAVIA’s control.
13. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
VISAVIA reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue service if we believe that a case involves false information, incomplete documents, unrealistic expectations, suspected fraud, abusive communication, payment risk, compliance risk or any activity that may violate applicable rules or professional standards.
