Important information about the scope of VISAVIA services, limitations, responsibilities and disclaimers.

Important: VISAVIA provides administrative and documentation support only. We do not guarantee employment, visa approval, residence approval, work permit approval or any government decision.

1. Scope of Services

VISAVIA provides administrative support, document preparation assistance, candidate file coordination and communication support for Serbia work-related visa, residence and permit procedures.

Our services may include document checklists, document readiness review, file organization, coordination between candidates, overseas agency partners and Serbian employers, and general administrative guidance related to the documentation process.

2. Not a Law Office

VISAVIA is not a law office and does not provide legal representation, legal advice or legal opinions. Any information provided by VISAVIA is for general administrative and informational purposes only.

Clients who require legal advice should consult a qualified lawyer or licensed legal professional.

3. Not a Government Authority

VISAVIA is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration office or visa-issuing body. We do not make decisions on visa applications, residence approvals, work permits or any other government procedure.

All final decisions are made exclusively by the competent government authorities.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

VISAVIA does not guarantee visa approval, residence approval, work permit approval or any other positive decision by a government authority.

Administrative support, document preparation or coordination does not guarantee that an application will be accepted, approved or processed within a specific timeframe.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

VISAVIA does not guarantee employment, job offers, hiring decisions, candidate availability or acceptance of employment terms.

Any employment relationship, job offer, employment contract, salary, accommodation, working hours and working conditions are arranged directly between the Serbian employer and the candidate.

6. Not an Employer or Temporary Employment Agency

VISAVIA is not the employer of any candidate and does not lease, assign, supply or temporarily employ workers for Serbian companies.

VISAVIA does not act as a temporary employment agency or worker leasing company. Our role is limited to administrative documentation support and coordination.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and documents. VISAVIA is not responsible for delays, refusals, rejections or other issues caused by false, incomplete, outdated or misleading information provided by the client, candidate, agency partner or employer.

8. Third-Party and Government Costs

Unless stated separately in writing, VISAVIA service fees do not include government fees, embassy or consular fees, translation costs, notary costs, courier costs, insurance, travel costs, accommodation, medical checks or any other third-party costs.

9. Processing Times

Any timelines mentioned by VISAVIA are estimates only. Actual processing times may vary depending on the competent authorities, document readiness, country of origin, employer documents, appointment availability and other factors outside VISAVIA’s control.

10. Right to Refuse Service

VISAVIA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe that a case involves false information, incomplete documents, unrealistic expectations, suspected fraud, abusive communication or any activity that may violate applicable rules or professional standards.
