Individual candidates referenced in agency cases are treated as case subjects for administrative coordination purposes and are not automatically direct buyers of VISAVIA services.

VISAVIA may share relevant information only when necessary for the requested administrative support, coordination process, payment documentation, accounting records or compliance review.
