These terms explain how VISAVIA services work, what is included, what is not included and the responsibilities of each client.

Important: By using VISAVIA services, you understand that VISAVIA provides administrative and documentation support only. We do not guarantee employment, visa approval, residence approval, work permit approval or any government decision.

1. About VISAVIA Services

VISAVIA provides administrative document support, document review, file preparation, candidate file coordination and communication support for Serbia work-related visa, residence and permit procedures.

VISAVIA may work with candidates, overseas agency partners and Serbian employers depending on the service requested.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting VISAVIA, submitting information, requesting a service, making a payment or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use VISAVIA services.

3. Administrative Support Only

VISAVIA provides administrative and documentation support only. Our services may include:

  • Initial document readiness assessment
  • Document checklist preparation
  • Candidate file review
  • File organization and administrative preparation
  • Communication coordination between candidates, agencies and employers
  • Post-approval administrative coordination, if agreed separately

4. What VISAVIA Does Not Provide

VISAVIA does not provide:

  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Government decision-making services
  • Guaranteed visa, residence or work permit approval
  • Guaranteed employment or job offers
  • Employment contracts on behalf of employers
  • Worker leasing, temporary employment or staffing services
  • Embassy, consular or government services

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and documents.

VISAVIA is not responsible for problems, delays, refusals or losses caused by false, incomplete, outdated, unclear or misleading information provided by the client, candidate, agency partner or employer.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for providing truthful personal information, valid documents and accurate employment, education and experience details.

Candidates are also responsible for understanding that VISAVIA does not guarantee a job, visa approval, residence approval, work permit approval or entry into Serbia.

7. Agency Partner Responsibilities

Overseas agency partners are responsible for providing accurate candidate information, clear candidate communication and any documents needed for the agreed administrative process.

Agency partners are responsible for their own compliance with laws, licenses and rules in their country of operation.

8. Employer Responsibilities

Serbian employers are responsible for employment decisions, job offers, employment contracts, salaries, working hours, accommodation conditions, workplace conditions and employer-side documents required by the relevant procedure.

VISAVIA does not employ candidates and does not become a party to the employment relationship between the employer and the candidate.

9. Fees and Payment

VISAVIA service fees depend on the selected service, case type, document complexity, candidate volume and level of coordination required.

Fees are communicated before paid work begins. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is required before the start of the paid service.

10. Third-Party Costs

Unless clearly stated in writing, VISAVIA fees do not include government fees, embassy fees, consular fees, translation costs, notary costs, courier costs, insurance, medical checks, travel costs, accommodation, bank fees or other third-party costs.

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

VISAVIA does not guarantee that any application, request, candidate file, employer file or document package will be accepted, approved or processed within a specific timeframe.

All government decisions are made by the competent authorities.

12. Processing Times

Any timelines mentioned by VISAVIA are estimates only. Actual timelines may depend on document readiness, candidate country, employer documents, appointment availability, government processing times and other factors outside VISAVIA’s control.

13. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

VISAVIA may refuse or discontinue service if we believe that a case involves false information, suspected fraud, incomplete documents, abusive communication, unrealistic expectations, non-payment or activity that may violate applicable rules or professional standards.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VISAVIA is not responsible for indirect losses, lost income, travel costs, missed employment opportunities, rejected applications, delayed decisions or decisions made by government authorities, employers, candidates, agencies or third parties.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

VISAVIA may update service descriptions, pricing, processes and these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.
